Extreme Sportfishing on Maui
Boat Description
Owned and operated by the infamous Capt. Fuzzy – one of the most requested individual sportfishing captain on Maui – "Die Hard!" is a 32' Boston Whaler Express Fisherman powered by twin Cummins 6BT Diesels (turbo charged 250hp).
She is fully equipped with Fish Finder, GPS Chart Plotter, Marine Head (toilet), plenty of shade, microwave and fridge.
In addition to trolling with artificial lures, live/fresh bait is utilized whenever possible to bring in the big ones! Captain and crew specialize in stand up equipment. Gear includes:
- 80 Shimano's with bent butt rods
- 50 Shimano's with stand up rods
- 30 Shimano's $ Penn stand up rods
If you're serious about catching fish while on Maui, and don't mind leaving earlier than the rest of the fleet (Lahaina harbor), then Die Hard is for you. This charter is NOT for the faint of heart!
