Email is my preferred method of initial communication, because then I can send you a lot more detail on boats which might fit your needs – photos, recent guest comments, etc.
If you email me and haven't heard anything within 48 hours, then please check your spam mailbox. Maybe it's all those strange Hawaiian words, but for some reason a good number of my email responses tend to go into people's spam mailboxes. AOL is notorious for it. So be sure to check. Better yet, if you have to ability to add "approved" email addresses, then please add "firstname.lastname@example.org" to your list.
